Text message notifications

Plain-English Summary: Wholesale Hub can send text messages about your orders, shipments, payouts and account. Texts are off until you add a mobile number and check the box in your account settings. Texts are optional and are not required to use Wholesale Hub. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
1. The Opt-In Checkbox
This is the text message opt-in form from the Notifications tab in Settings. Signed-in users enter their mobile number and check the box to opt in.
Where we send text message updates if you turn them on below. Optional.
Order, shipping, payout and account updates, plus replies when you order by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Optional and not required to use Wholesale Hub. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. How to Opt In
Text messages are turned on only by the account holder, inside their own account:
- 1.Sign in to Wholesale Hub at wholesalehub.ai.
- 2.Open the account menu in the top right corner and choose Settings.
- 3.Select the Notifications tab.
- 4.Enter your mobile number in the Mobile number field.
- 5.Check "Text me updates from Wholesale Hub". Your choice saves as soon as you check the box.
The same steps apply to buyer and supplier accounts. We do not opt anyone in on their behalf, and signing up for an account does not turn on text messages.
3. What We Send
Messages are about activity on your own account:
- •Order updates, such as an order being confirmed or cancelled.
- •Shipping updates, such as a shipment being booked, shipped or delivered.
- •Payout updates for suppliers, such as a payout being sent or failing.
- •Account updates, such as your account being approved.
- •Replies when you order by text.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
4. Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out and Getting Help
- •Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
- •Reply HELP to any message for help.
- •You can also turn texts off at any time: open Settings, select the Notifications tab, and uncheck "Text me updates from Wholesale Hub".
- •For anything else, email support@wholesalehub.ai.
6. Your Mobile Number
Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers may be shared with our messaging service provider only to deliver the messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for details and our Terms for the full text message terms.
